1999-2004 Powerstroke 4" Lift Kit (BDS314H)
Renew and improve your 7.3L Powerstroke using the BDS Suspension 4" Lift Kit to give your truck a new stance and height not achieved before! This kit comes with two front Glide-Ride Leaf Springs with bolt-style leaf alignment clamps, anti-friction pads, and tapered leafs for a smooth ride. There's always a risk of lifting your truck and ruining how it drives, this BDS kit is designed to retain the factory driving characteristics as best as you can while giving you the most aggressive stance!

Notes:
- These trucks were manufactured with two different style front u-bolts. You will need to know if your front leaf spring u-bolts are square or are halfway between round and square with a gentle radius around the OE cast u-bolt plate before ordering.
- Vehicles produced before 3/1/99 require a different box kit. You must check the production date on the door prior to ordering.
- The Superduty came from the factory with a 2", 3", or 4" rear block. If you wish to truly level your vehicle it may be necessary to change the rear OE block.
- Will not fit dually applications.
- These trucks were produced both with and without a top-mounted overload spring. There is an extra leaf that mounts on top of the rear leaf pack. You will need to know how your truck is equipped before ordering.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will want the 123402 drop kit in the accessories section.

This vehicle was manufactured with either square front U-Bolts or radiused front U-bolts. Typically, 1999-2000 are square and 2001-2004 are radiused, but that is not always the case. The radiused U-bolts aren't square or round, but rather have a gentle radius that matches a cast factory upper U-bolt plate on top of the factory spring. Vehicles manufactured prior to 2-28-99 require yet another different box kit due to a change in the factory track bar.
Please make the appropriate selection for your particular vehicle.

BDS RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards for the ultimate performance on and off-road. The bars are fabricated from 2'' OD x 3/16'' wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded in toward the axle and a CNC machined end at the frame. The axle mount uses the tried and true BDS large forged flex end and jam nut to take whatever abuse you throw at it. BDS forged flex ends use a forged housing with a large 1-1/4'' -12 threaded shank, single-sided snap ring, and 1-piece flex ball for up to 15-degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, the bar uses a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing installed that free floats in the traction bar utilizing dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. Both ends are greaseable and rebuildable. Fully assembled the RECOIL traction bars are 55'' long and mount to the vehicle using fabricated 1/4'' steel brackets.
