Where We Ship

Dirty Diesel Customs is able to ship merchandise across the globe. Our free shipping only covers most of Canada (see below for more details). International customers must contact us directly for shipping quotes.

We cannot ship anything related to emissions deletes across the border. This means any Exhaust Systems, EGR Deletes, Delete Pipes, etc. Any orders placed for these products coming from outside of Canada will be immediately refunded. To read more, please click here.

 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through FedEx to ensure the fastest possible shipping. Even when we're covering the shipping costs, we will never use sub-par shipping methods to save a dime. Most customers will see their parts within 2-3 business days. Our priority is getting your order out as fast as possible, if we cannot do that for some reason, we'll contact you as soon as possible. Typically, within a few hours.

We understand the excitement that comes with ordering new parts so we always include a tracking number with every order.

 

Rates

Canada

Within Canada, shipping is 100% FREE on all orders over $200 (some heavy-freight and exhaust limitations apply, see below for more details). Anything below $200 is always $18-$24. Due to the remote locations, please contact us for a shipping quote to NWT, NU, YT. Additional freight may apply on orders being sent to PE, NS, & NB.

United States

For shipping to the states we charge a flat-rate of $25 (some heavy freight limitations apply, see below for more details). We also offer the fastest route possible (expedited) shipping for a flat rate of $65.

International Orders

Due to varying cost of freight when shipping internationally, we ask that you please contact us for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping Limitations

Free shipping and flat-rate shipping does not apply to abnormally heavy or large freight items. This includes, but is not limited to products such as exhaust systems, transmissions, torque converters, clutches, cylinder heads, lift kits, and other items with an excessive weight or size. All products that require extra freight costs will be labelled accordingly on the product page and we will reach out if extra freight is needed. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order.

We do have some of the best deals on freight costs! We will determine the best shipping rate/method for you and use our discounted rates to ensure you get the best deal while receiving the product in a timely manner. Please contact us for a shipping quote. 

 

 

Processing Time

All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8am-530 pm PST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times.

DDC Guarantee: We always will do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as humanly possible.

 

Returns

We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 30 days after delivery. Failure to return a product within the 30 day timeframe will result in an additional restocking fee (see below for restocking fee details). Please contact us before shipping anything back to us. 

Restocking Fees:

There is a 5% restocking fee applied on ALL refunds for cancellations and/or returns within 30 days.

If a product is returned within 30-60 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee applied.

No returns are accepted beyond 60 days. 

Return Process:

You will have to ship the product back to us with tracking (return shipping is not covered by Dirty Diesel Customs), once we receive the item back here at the shop we will double-check it, after inspection if everything looks in order, we can then issue you a refund! Please be sure to write your order number on the outside of the box, that way we can ensure that the refund goes to you!

Please Note: We CANNOT accept returns on any custom tuning files or tuners that have been opened as they become locked to the truck and are unusable going forward. Unless the product is faulty, we CANNOT accept returns on installed parts. 

 

 

Warranty

All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product. However, in the event you're having trouble with the warranty process you're welcome to contact us and we'd be happy to help you through the warranty process.
