Where We Ship

At this time, Dirty Diesel Customs ships merchandise to Canada and locations within the United States. Our free shipping only covers Canada and does not apply to the United States/International Orders. International customers must contact us directly for shipping quotes.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through Canada Post or Purolator to ensure the fastest possible shipping. Even when we're covering the shipping costs we will never use sub-par shipping methods to save a dime.

We understand the excitement that comes with ordering new parts so we always include a tracking number with every order.



Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders over $500. Anything below $500 is always $20. End of story - no matter what you order or how much shipping costs are, you will never have a hidden fee associated with shipping on any products.


Northwest Territories, Yukon, & Nunavut

Due to the remote locations, we will contact you directly with an accurate shipping estimate. We will determine the best shipping rate for you and use our discounted rates to make sure you get the best deal.

Shipping is labeled as 'Free' - However, we will contact you on the next business day (or immediately) with an accurate quote/estimate. 


 Processing Time

All in-stock products will ship out within 24-72 hours of the order Monday-Friday 8am-530pm PST. Many times you will see the product within a few days of the order being placed, however, we cannot guarantee this with every order. If your items are not in stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the estimated wait times.

DDC Guarantee: We always will do our best to make sure you get your parts as soon as humanly possible.



We accept returns on all uninstalled/unopened products for 90 days after delivery. Please contact us before shipping anything back to us. 

Please Note: We CANNOT accept returns on any custom tuning files or tuners that have been opened as they become locked to the truck and are unusable going forward.



All Items - unless otherwise stated - will carry their full manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is claimed and processed by the manufacturer of the product. However, in the event you're having trouble with the warranty process you're welcome to contact us and we'd be happy to help you through the warranty process.
