We recently had a violent storm roll through BC on November 14th which lasted a few days. During the storm, we temporarily lost power on November 15th for the afternoon. We currently have no couriers coming in and out of the valley from Vancouver due to highways being completely washed away from flooding.
Please bear with us as we try to work with our couriers to try and get you your parts as quick as possible. Vancouver is our main hub for all shipments, so this will certainly slow things down. If something is urgent please contact us and we can get it on a plane to you.
