A heavy-duty stainless steel design ensures the kind of seal and durability necessary to endure high temperatures and compression generated by a turbo diesel engine.

 

This Sinister Diesel Black Diamond Head Gasket directly replaces the OE head gasket in 2001 to 2010 Duramax LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM diesel engines. Each one features a 5-layer stainless steel sandwich design, plus an adaptive fluoroelastomer (FKM) coating. That means a heavy-duty seal that prevents gasses and fluids from flowing past. Select either a driver’s or passenger’s side gasket.

  • what is the difference between a b and c head gaskets besides thickness and is that to make up the difference between milling surface of the head if it is machined my heads are still being checked so I will not know how thick of gasket I need
