Year Make Model
2009-2024 Dodge/RAM Cummins w/ 6.7L

Note: Required custom tuning. For Off-Road and Competition Use Only. This DOES NOT fit cab & chassis models.

Stop soot buildup and protect your engine’s hottest cylinders. The Dirty EGR Upgrade Kit for the 2009–2024 6.7L Cummins is engineered to do more than just clean up your engine bay, it actively improves engine longevity by re-routing coolant to the back of the head. By circulating coolant between cylinders 5 and 6, this kit addresses the notorious hot spots at the rear of the block where traditional systems fall short.

This isn't a generic offshore kit; we use quality 6061 aluminum and T304 stainless steel with mill-traceable certifications. We’ve redesigned the stand-pipe bracket to mount directly to the engine, eliminating the need to wrestle with exhaust studs. From the CNC-machined intake blocker to the upgraded silicone re-route hose, every component is built in-house to ensure it fits, seals, and handles the heat of a hard-working Cummins.

Part Number: I67-EGR-A006

Ask a Question
  • Is this kit for the 2018 5500 cab and chassis?

No, you can find that HERE.

  • Does this kit have provision for mounting the trans dipstick?

    Yes!

  • Does the kit have the throttle valve delete and or do you guys offer it?

The Throttle Valve Delete is sold separately and can be found Here

  • I have an Edge Juice With Attitude system installed on my truck. How can I use your EGR delete kit and keep using my Edge system?

Edge does not support deletes. You will need custom tuning for the vehicle to run this.

  • Will this kit fit on a 2020 6.7 Cummins HO?

Yes, this kit fits 2009-2020 Cummins.

  • I have a DPF delete in my 2010 already. Running a efi live multi tune. would like to delete the egr now. Will I have to re-tune the truck?

Yes, you will need to update your tune after deleting the EGR on your 2010 Cummins. Since you're already running an EFI Live multi-tune with a DPF delete, your current tune may not account for the EGR delete, which could lead to issues such as check engine lights, improper fueling, or drivability concerns.

  • How do I make this work on my '24 3500? I'm having difficulty locating the remaining "upgrade" parts and tuning.

In order to install this kit you need to have custom delete tuning, but on the 22+ Cummins, you'll need to swap out the ECM first, as the new ECMs have an extra layer of security encryption on them. It's best to email us at sales@dirtydieselcustoms.com and we can walk you through it in detail!

  • Does this kit deal with the killer bolt from the grid heater that can fall into engine?

This is just an EGR/Cooler delete, it will not effect the grid heater bolt. You'd be looking for something like THIS.

  • Do you sell the tune for this. 23 ram. As well do you sell that ram air kit I seen on your 2nd gen swap video?

You can find a great Banks Monster-Ram Intake HERE, and tune packages are available over HERE.

  • Can I buy the bracket separately?

Unfortunately, we don't sell the bracket separately.

  • will you need a delete program for this

Yes, you will need a tune.

  • Are the egr block off plates stainless ?

    Yes!

  • Will this kit fit a Cab & Chassis?

No, it will not. If you have a C&C truck, please click here

  • Other than the tuner, is there anything else that is needed to remove the egr?

Once you've tuned the truck you can install this delete and never have to worry about it again.
