Note: Required custom tuning. For Off-Road and Competition Use Only. 2019+ 5th Gen models require a slightly different installation process, though the core components remain the same.
Stop introducing engine oil into your combustion chamber. The factory breather on 2007.5-2023 Cummins trucks vents oil-rich crankcase air directly into your intake, causing carbon buildup, turbo contamination, and a multitude of long-term engine issues. The Dirty Diesel CCV Delete Kit is the professional solution to vent that pressure to the atmosphere while keeping the intake tract of your Cummins bone dry.
Our kit is built with premium components that exceed industry standards, including high-quality hose clamps that actually hold torque and won't strip during installation. By deleting the OEM CCV tube in favor of an upgraded flow path, you ensure your engine burns only clean air. This is a quick, purposeful upgrade that protects your turbo and keeps your engine running efficiently.

2007.5-2023 Cummins CCV Delete Kit (I67-ENG-A002)
?
Why couldn’t you put this on another truck? Wondering if I could throw it on my 6.0…
No, you cannot put this kit on a Powerstroke 6.0L engine. While the concept of deleting or rerouting CCV system applies to both engines to prevent oil from gunking up the intake tract and turbo, the Dirty Diesel Customs CCV Delete Kit is completely incompatible with a Ford 6.0L due to massive differences in engine design and hardware sizing.
?
I already have an EGR and DEF delete tune. Do I need a separate CCV delete tune?
You will not need a CCV specific delete tune, most tunes support the removal of the CCV. You may just need to touch base with whoever tuned it to confirm!
?
Does the Motor Ops tune work with this?
Yes, it will!
?
Can this be installed if my EGR isn’t deleted?
Yes!
?
Can this be installed on a 2022 Ram 2500 with no tune or delete done?
Yes this will require custom tuning on the truck.
?
Once I install this, Should I take out the ccv filter ? Or leave it in ? I have perform service on my truck which I’m trying to get rid of
You should remove the stock CCV filter from the housing.
?
Can this item be shipped to Mexico ?
Yes!
?
What size is the plug I lost mine and need a replacement
It is a 3/4" diamter hose plug.
?
Will this throw up codes with a delete tune or should be fine?
For most tunes it should be turned off already. If you have our tunes you shouldn't need an update. If you do not, you may just need an update from whoever made your current delete tune.
?
Should I gut the CCV filter and re install it? What is your opinion?
There are lots of pros and cons to leaving it or gutting it. You can leave the factory one in or take it out with the delete filter no problem. Taking it out is does reduce CCV pressure and helps reduce vapours in the crank case, but it can be messy. It will leak some oil out of the delete filter and it can smell. Leaving it in reduces time of the CCV delete filter install but still means you have to keep cleaning the factory filter. It should have no smell and very little mess in comparison.
?
What kind of tune do you guys recommend in order to install this product
You'll want a custom delete tune that disables the CCV system-related DTCs - consider EFI Live with tuning from CCS!
?
Does a ccv delete kit fall under the cannot ship to the states?
Yes.
?
If im already tuned do I need to do anything else like reinstalling the tune?
Chances are no, but it's best to double check with your tuner if the tune accounts for a CCV delete or not.
?
I have an EZ Lynk tune setup. Will I have to contact tuner to update?
It's best to reach out and confirm if your current tune will support the CCV delete (sometimes they will, sometimes you will require a tune revision).
?
I installed this kit on my 2020 Ram 2500 and now get code P04DB and a check engine light. Is there a fix for this?
This part requires custom tuning to work properly - that code means Crankcase Ventilation System Disconnected". If you've installed this without tuning the CCV out of the ECM you'll get this code.
?
I have a 2018 ram 3500 it’s all stock emmisons intact. Can I install this or will I need to tune my truck
For this product you won't need a tune.
?
Can this be shipped to the U.S., Texas to be exact?
Unfortunately we cannot ship this item to the USA.
Very easy to order with instructions easy to figure out and install..took a bit for the whole order to come in as what I bought and paid for was not available so i had to pay more for the product that was available...but in the end it all worked out and they were super easy to deal with considering summer time off and everything. Would recommend and use again.
Ended up ditching the breather and running a 4 ft silicone line off the 90 degree elbow. The gasses vented by the breather went right into the vehicle hvac system. The truck would smell almost like sewage after idling for 5 minutes with windows up.
Really loved the product, just be careful the truck knows right away (couple days) that the crank case vent line has been disconnected. Throws a permanent code, doesn't go into limp mode or anything, I knew it probably would and didn't care because it was getting deleted that week anyways. Only bad thing about the engine light is it takes your command start away. Now I don't have to worry about any residue getting into turbo.
Terrible kit. Creates a smell inside the cab of the truck, stinks like crank case oil. Filter has fallen apart as well and sprays oil everywhere. Do not recommend.
