2020-2021 Powerstroke DRW F350 4" 4-Link Lift Kit (BDS1565H)
Take your new Super Duty to the next level with the tried and true BDS 4-link conversion system. These systems upgrade the factory stamped steel radius arms to a high strength 4-link offering improved handling, stability, strength, and caster control during wheel travel. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket are supplied to correct steering angles and recenter the front axle. Also supplied for the front are bump stop extensions to limit suspension compression, sway bar drop brackets to correct the sway bar positioning, and brake line relocation brackets.
Tire & Wheel Combinations:
- 37 x 12.50 w/ 17 x 9 and 4.5" - 5"
- 37 x 12.50 w/ 18 x 9 and 4.5" - 5"
- 37 x 12.50 w/ 20 x 9 and 4.5" - 5"
Notes:
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs
- Although this is pictured with Fox Shocks, this kit will come equipped with BDS Shocks. If you would like fox shocks, please reach out.

IMPORTANT: Will ONLY fit trucks with a 4 bolt flange style rear driveshaft mount on the axle.
When lifting the 2011-2020 model Ford Super Duty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequate spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied complete the simple install.
