2017-2019 Powerstroke 2.5" Radius Arm Lift Kit (BDS1543H)

Paired with NX2 or Fox Series gas shocks for your Ford Super Duty, this kit offers improved performance, capability, ride quality, & quiet operation. Tire & Wheel Combinations:
- 35" x 12.50 w/ 17 x 9 and 4.5"
- 35" x 12.50 w/ 18 x 9 and 4.5"
- 35" x 12.50 w/ 20 x 9 and 4.5"
Notes:
- Mounting larger tires on factory wheels is not recommended due to potential brake line clearance issues.
- Factory track bar mounting bolt requires 405 ft-lbs of torque, plan ahead on how to achieve this torque spec
- Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
- 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402)

IMPORTANT: Will ONLY fit trucks with a 4 bolt flange style rear driveshaft mount on the axle.
When lifting the 2011-2020 model Ford Super Duty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequate spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied complete the simple install.
