2014-2018 Cummins 2500 8" 4-Link Lift Kit (BDS1626H)
BDS Suspension expands its lineup of suspension systems for the 2014-2018 Cummins with the 8" 4-Link Lift Kit designed to take your truck to the next level for improved performance, capability over any terrain, comfort, and curb appeal. Paired with NX2 Series shocks to enhance performance while allowing clearance for up to 40" tires.
Tire & Wheel Combinations:
- 40 x 13.50 w/ 17 x 9 and 4.5" - 5.5"
- 40 x 13.50 w/ 20 x 9 and 4.5" - 5.5"
Notes:
- Not for use with factory rear airbag suspensions
- Carrier bearing drop kit will be required for 2-piece rear driveshaft #122405
- Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement
- 40x13.50 tires may require some trimming, and depending on wheel width and backspacing may require spacing the front bumper forward and inner fender trimming.
- Will not fit Cab and Chassis models

Fox 2.0 Series Shocks (2x)
Improve ride quality and capability with the FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks. Specially designed for BDS lift systems, these FOX 2.0 aluminum body shocks offer improved cooling capacity and corrosion protection. These shocks use race-proven vehicle-specific valving along with an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design to separate the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to eliminate aeration and maximize performance on/off-road.

NX2 Series Dual Shocks (4x)
The full hoop design works with the factory axle shock mount and locates the dual shocks to the backside of the coil spring, mimicking the factory shock location. The hoop itself is made from 1.75" x 0.188" wall DOM tubing with a reinforced mounting tab that locates off the factory upper shock mount. 2 additional mount points at the frame make for a strong design that looks great. There is a stainless steel "BDS" riveted to the shock hoop that matches the BDS dual stab kit and 4-link bracket nameplates.
Minor welding is required to add a support gusset to the factory axle shock mount and to add the provided steering stops if the tire/wheel combo installed gets too close to the shocks. Can be used with either NX2 series or Fox 2.0 shocks.

This kit allows standard Ram heavy-duty trucks to enjoy the added articulation of a disconnected sway bar. The new sway bar links are made from a 7/8" solid steel bar and feature greaseable, high-misalignment polyurethane bushings. All mounting hardware is included for simple, bolt-on installation. The disconnect pins are made from stainless steel and make disconnecting easy via the removable pin clip. A set of lanyards with easy-to-grip buckles are included in the kit to retain the sway bar when disconnected. This kit also includes standard mounting hardware that can be installed in place of the disconnect pin for those that want a fixed mounted link.

Models equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft from the factory will require the carrier bearing drop kit (122406). Models equipped with a 1-piece rear driveshaft are not equipped with a carrier bearing and therefore do not need a drop kit.

BDS is now offering an HD adjustable front track bar for the RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks. These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8 solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made on the 1-3/8-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinch bolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front-end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clear the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high-quality textured black powder coat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. They are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.
