2011-2016 Powerstroke 4" Coilover Lift Kit (BDS588F)
Coilover converts your Powerstroke from the original Coil spring front end to a Coilover setup greatly increasing your control and versatility of your truck. This system is based on the standard 4" lift kit, upgraded to include the FOX 2.5 factory series Coilovers, they use a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7/8" hardened steel carbon shaft, Eibach coil springs, 6061-T6 billet aluminum ends, and specially formulated race-proven oil. The threaded body is easily adjustable to dial in ride height to compensate for accessories like heavy winch bumpers. Designed to take your Super Duty to the next level with improved handling and shock performance over high-speed off-road terrain while still offering smooth on-road comfort.

- 35" x 12.50" w/ 17 x 9 and 4.5"

Notes:
- Removal of factory block required. Rear add a leaf is required for models equipped with factory 3-7/8" block for the level to tail high stance. Single add-a-leaf kit # 113218 is recommended for a more level stance - Dual add-a-leaf kit # 113209 is recommended for tail high stance. (Add-A-Leafs do not apply to rear leaf spring equipped systems)
- If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit (#123402) may be required.
- Although extremely rare, front and/or rear driveline vibration may occur.
- If equipped with a rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
- U-bolts will not work on dually models.

Fox 2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilover
The new coil-over conversion setup for the 2.5" & 4" lift heights utilizes the factory coil bucket and an included integrated upper and lower coil-over mount bracket system. The installation of the upper bracket requires minor modification to the factory coil mount. This system is now available as a stand-alone kit for those looking to upgrade an existing coil spring or spacer kit.

BDS RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards for the ultimate performance on and off-road. The bars are fabricated from 2'' OD x 3/16'' wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded in toward the axle and a CNC machined end at the frame. The axle mount uses the tried and true BDS large forged flex end and jam nut to take whatever abuse you throw at it. BDS forged flex ends use a forged housing with a large 1-1/4'' -12 threaded shank, single-sided snap ring, and 1-piece flex ball for up to 15-degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, the bar uses a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing installed that free floats in the traction bar utilizing dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. Both ends are greaseable and rebuildable. Fully assembled the RECOIL traction bars are 55'' long and mount to the vehicle using fabricated 1/4'' steel brackets.

This heavy-duty adjustable track bar mimics the shape of the factory track bar. The bar mounts in the factory locations or works with any aftermarket relocation bracket that was designed for use with the stock track bar. The bar is adjustable via a central turn-buckle. This means the bar length can be adjusted while still mounted in the vehicle. The turn-buckle locks with pinch bolts and not jam nuts that can sometimes work free. The bar itself is made from 1-1/2" solid steel bar stock that is precision machined, formed, and welded. Threads are massive 1-3/8"-12 for superior strength. The bar ends are fully welded and gusseted for added strength. The frame end uses high-durometer polyurethane bushings that are greaseable while the axle end utilizes the factory ball joint mount.

IMPORTANT: Will ONLY fit trucks with a 4 bolt flange style rear driveshaft mount on the axle.
When lifting the 2011-2020 model Ford Super Duty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequate spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied complete the simple install.
