2008-2010 Powerstroke 6" BDS Lift Kit (BDS558H)
Your 6.4 is a Powerhouse that can eat up miles like no other! Match the power of the beast under the hood by lifting your truck with the BDS Suspension 6" Suspension Lift Kit. This kit is centered around two Pro-Ride Coil Springs. The box kit includes two new radius arm drop brackets to put the stock radius arm back at the factory angle which will maintain your stock driving characteristics.

Notes:
- Removal of the factory block is required.
- Installation of the rear block kit will result in a "pre-runner" look with the rear of the vehicle 2" lower than the front. To get a level stance you must upgrade to the rear leaf spring option.
- These trucks were manufactured with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf springs. A top-mounted overload is an extra leaf separate from the pack that is set above the main leaf. You will need to identify which you have before ordering.
- If your vehicle is equipped with a carrier bearing, you will need to order 123402 in the options section.
- Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
- U-bolts will not fit dually models.
- Dropped pitman arm will not fit 10 lug wide track F350 models.

Specially designed for BDS lift systems, these FOX 2.0 aluminum body shocks offer improved cooling capacity and corrosion protection. These shocks use race-proven vehicle-specific valving along with an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design to separate the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to eliminate aeration and maximize performance on/off-road.

BDS RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards for the ultimate performance on and off-road. The bars are fabricated from 2'' OD x 3/16'' wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded in toward the axle and a CNC machined end at the frame. The axle mount uses the tried and true BDS large forged flex end and jam nut to take whatever abuse you throw at it. BDS forged flex ends use a forged housing with a large 1-1/4'' -12 threaded shank, single-sided snap ring, and 1-piece flex ball for up to 15-degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end, the bar uses a durometer-specific polyurethane bushing installed that free floats in the traction bar utilizing dual-stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. Both ends are greaseable and rebuildable. Fully assembled the RECOIL traction bars are 55'' long and mount to the vehicle using fabricated 1/4'' steel brackets.

The frame brackets install by drilling mounting holes for the brackets while the axle brackets install using a set of u-bolts. The traction bars and mounting brackets use a durable gloss black powder coat finish.

This heavy-duty adjustable track bar mimics the shape of the factory track bar. The bar mounts in the factory locations or works with any aftermarket relocation bracket that was designed for use with the stock track bar. The bar is adjustable via a central turn-buckle. This means the bar length can be adjusted while still mounted in the vehicle. The turn-buckle locks with pinch bolts and not jam nuts that can sometimes work free. The bar itself is made from 1-1/2" solid steel bar stock that is precision machined, formed, and welded. Threads are massive 1-3/8"-12 for superior strength. The bar ends are fully welded and gusseted for added strength. The frame end uses high-durometer polyurethane bushings that are greaseable while the axle end utilizes the factory ball joint mount.
