2020-2022 Duramax 3.0L LM2 AMDP HP Tuners Custom Tune File

Get more out of your 2020-2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 with the 3.0L LM2 Duramax using AMDP's custom HP Tuners calibration. Pick the power level that fits how you drive, from stock power up to +50 HP, and add tuning for the 10-speed automatic to match. Every file is custom built by AMDP for your truck from a stock read of your ECM.

*IMPORTANT: Pickups with the E46 ECM only (NON-REFRESH trucks). If your truck has the large center display, it is a 2022.5+ refresh truck with the E66 ECM and needs the LZ0 / E66 tune file instead. All 3.0L SUVs use the E66 ECM; see the SUV tune file.

Power Levels

• Level 1: 0 HP. Stock power output with an efficiency focused calibration for daily driving.
• Level 2: +30 HP and +70 lb-ft of torque over stock. Stronger mid-range for acceleration and towing, with improved fuel economy at light throttle.
• Level 3: +50 HP and +110 lb-ft of torque over stock. Maximum power. An S&B cold air intake is recommended. Not recommended for heavy towing.

Choose a single tune at Level 1, 2 or 3, or get all three with the 3 Tune Package.

Optional 10-Speed Transmission Tuning

TCM tuning requires the HP Tuners T93 TCM upgrade (send-in service) and pairs with the engine tune for a fully coordinated package.

Requirements:

• (6) Credits for ECM Tuning and (4) Credits for TCM tuning, or choose a credits option above. HP Tuners Universal Credits
• HP Tuners MPVI4 device.
• HP Tuners GM E46 ECM Service: Required to access and modify the factory ECM.
• Transmission Tuning: Tuning the 10-speed automatic requires the 2019+ GM T93 TCM Upgrade Service (Global B)
• 2020-2022 LM2 Duramax CAN BUS Plug Kit: Required hardware to enable proper communication.

1. Install the latest HP Tuners VCM Suite Beta software and open VCM Editor (Beta).
2. Connect your MPVI4 to the OBDII port and turn the truck to ON (key: accessory position; push button: press start without the brake for 8-10 seconds).
3. Click Read Vehicle and choose Do Not Read for the T93 TCM.
4. Save the file as "ECM Read" followed by your VIN or order number.
5. Email the read file to tunes@dirtydieselcustoms.com with your order number in the subject line.
6. When your custom tune file comes back, open it in VCM Editor (Beta), connect the MPVI4 and click Write Vehicle to flash it.
