Note: This service is specifically for GM Global B vehicles equipped with the T93 TCM and the 10L80 10-speed transmission. Use of this service requires the latest version of VCM Suite BETA.

Unlock the full potential of your GM Global B 10-speed transmission with the HP Tuners T93 TCM Upgrade Service. Most 2019 and newer GM Global B vehicles come equipped with a locked Transmission Control Module (TCM) that prevents aftermarket tuning. This one-time, send-in service upgrades your original TCM, making it fully accessible for custom calibration via the HP Tuners VCM Suite. Once upgraded, you can utilize an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface to adjust shift points, firmness, and torque management directly through the OBDII port.

*TCMs must be the original unit from the vehicle.

Everything you need to tune your T93 TCM vehicle with HP Tuners:

• This one-time, send-in GM T93 TCM Service (Global B) (upgrade service).
• Download the latest version of VCM Suite BETA for free here.
• Once upgraded, purchase (4) Universal Credits to license your T93 TCM.
• GM Global B vehicle support is compatible only with the MPVI3 and MPVI4 interfaces.

Process: Remove your TCM and ship it to HP Tuners. If you are sending in your stock TCM, remove the TCM from your vehicle. Package the TCM safely, then write your order number on the outside of the shipping box. Now ship your TCM to HP Tuners using your preferred carrier. The shipping address is listed below.

For American Customers: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the TCM to HP Tuners. The shipping charge at checkout only covers the return shipping after the service is complete. For Canadian Customers: We will cover shipping and provide a label so you can send it directly to HP Tuners.

Once you receive your upgraded TCM, reinstall it into your vehicle. Before flashing, connect to the latest version of VCM Scanner to read and clear any existing DTCs. You must then license the TCM by purchasing 4 Universal Credits (sold separately). Once licensed, you can begin custom tuning using your MPVI3/MPVI4 interface and VCM Suite BETA.

• This service is only compatible with MPVI3 and MPVI4 hardware. Older generation devices will not work.
• Do not attempt to install a spare TCM while your original is being serviced, as this will break the security link with the original module.
• Upon reinstallation, the vehicle may need to be sent to a dealer for a system re-sync. The purchaser accepts all liability for this activity.
• Due to the TCM factory location, units often exhibit signs of weathering and wear; this is normal and does not affect the upgrade service.

• Universal Credits for licensing are not included in the cost of any upgrade service or purchase. Credits must be purchased separately.
