By deleting the EGR system, you’ll see an immediate increase in low-end power, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and a significant reduction in black smoke emissions. Our kit includes a complete coolant re-route to maintain proper flow after the cooler is removed, protecting your engine from potential overheating.   • will the egr delete kit for the eco diesel work on the the grand cherokee

    This is our kit that will fit the Jeeps.

  • Hi I had a question on the egr delete my 2015 ram ecodiesel is already deleted but the egr is only turned off would I have to get a ecu flash or would I be good with the tunes I have?? Thank you!

    You don't need a reflash, the tunes program the EGR off - so adding the delete kit won't affect anything for you.

  • I have a 3.0 in my 2021 jeep. Will this kit fit or do you have a kit for that model

    We are in the early stages of the emissions off deletes for the Gen 3 but are able to do it. We have a JEEP guy on staff that has his done, if you have any further questions about it you can  email Chris@dirtydieselcustoms.com and he can help!

  • What fault code pops up when egr block off and leaving everything plugged in, and stock tune?

    P0401, P0402, P0405/P0406 could all pop up.

  • You do sell the ecm tunes? Would I ship the original ecm of the truck to you to have reflashed to delete EGR and scr system? If so what’s the turn around time (would be shipped from Ontario)

    We also offer EZ Lynk tunes and tuning device, so you won't need to send in your ECM -> 2014-2019 Ecodiesel CCS Tuned EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3.0. Tunes take 24 hours to be written and it would be about 5 days to ship the Auto Agent to Ontario.

  • Do you sell a tune just for the egr delete?

  • If I was to delete my ecodiesel using this egr delete is it mandatory to get it tuned or is truck still drivable without the tune, engine light wouldnt bother me juat dont wanna spend big money and have a down truck waiting for ecm

    Yes you will need to tune the truck with an emission off file.

  • Will this work on 3rd Gen Ecodiesels?

    No, this does not work on 2020+, otherwise known as 3rd gen, ecodiesels.

  • Is it necessary to delete DPF as well. Just thinking about cost Do you ship outside Canada

    Yes you will need to delete the dpf and cat from the exhaust and will need emissions off tuning to be able to make it all work, we are able to ship out of country except to the USA when it comes to exhaust and EGR products.

  • Will this throw a engine light after being installed

    Yes it will.  You will want to either install a tune or use an obd scanner to get rid of the codes.

  • What about the programming in the computer that tells it to regenerate? Doesn't that need to be reprogrammed? I don't see anything about deleting and reprogramming the computer in this description.

    In order to make this kit work you would need to eliminate the DPF and CAT from the exhaust and get the tuning flashed onto the ecm to set everything to emissions off.

  • You mention needing tuning. What is that and where can I get it done?

    To be able to make the EGR kit work you need to eliminate the DPF/CAT from the exhaust and have your ECM flashed with emissions-off tunes to make it all work and we do that here.

  • Is this all I need to delete my EGR valve? Is there anything else I need to do? My truck is a 2018 Ram ecodiesel 3 liter.

    You will need custom delete tuning as well to account for the EGR delete.

  • Do you have to tune the engine after the cooler bypass delete?

    You will need a custom tune after install.

  • Hi, Will fitting the EGR /cooler delete kit activate warning lights and codes? Will you ship it to New Zealand?

    WIthout delete tuning to account for an EGR delete you will throw codes if you install this. We do ship to New Zealand!

  • Do I need a flash of your ECU to do an EGR delete? Does it still require the def fluid with this delete? or can I delete that as well? When do you need a ECU Flash do you have a full kit that has everything?

    Yes, to install this you will need a tune that accounts for it. This is just a kit for the EGR delete after flashing your ECU to remove the emissions. This won't delete the DEF fluid and DPF but you will need a proper tune package like THIS in order to safely remove everything.

  • is there any programing changes to be made/done in the ecm

    You will need a delete tune before you can install this EGR delete kit.
