Manage the heat in your deleted 09-24 Cummins while looking damn good with the Dirty Cummins Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield. We built this kit to address a growing demand for something that looks better and is more robust than traditional fabric heat shields. It hides your OEM rusty exhaust manifold (adding a clean, finished look to the engine bay) while helping retain heat around the manifold and minimizing heat soak on nearby components like the air intake. 

Manufactured in-house in Canada, this product is the first-to-market rigid stainless steel exhaust manifold heat shield for the 2009-2024 Cummins. The use of high-grade materials and precise manufacturing processes ensures a long-lasting product with exceptional durability.

Was a little tight of a fit but if you take your ccv vent tube off and unplug the harness right beside it she drops in pretty easy. Might also have to take the hose clamp off the coolant line in the back to weasel it in there. But looks good!

Like always, great shipping and packaging. Install was quick and simple, I didn't remove anything extra to get it wiggled into place. Looks great and it's a good quality upgrade to the engine bay. Well done Dirty Diesel.

2009-2024 Cummins Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield (I67-EXH-A148)

Well, packaging was great, everything was wrapped and showed up in good condition. Somewhat disappointed in the standoffs which are aluminum, would have like to see steel. Getting the steel base plate in was quite tight! Aluminum top plate holes had to be reamed out to mount. Then to reinstall the pyro... biggest pita ever, and we all know how long these edge pyro sensors last. So I'll get to relive that every year or two. Over all though nice little bit of flair to add to the engine compartment.
