What aftermarket intake horn can i use to bolt this heatgrid to? Besides the banks intake
Any standard-flange aftermarket intake horn that retains the factory throttle valve mounting position will bolt up to this grid heater.

Will this work with my stock air horn?
Yes.

Is there a dual element (HD) version for this throttle valve replacement model?
Not at this time, there's just the dual-element heater, but it installs between the air intake horn and throttle valve whereas this replaced the throttle valve entirely.

Is the hose connection side 3” in diameter or 3.5”?
3" diameter.

Will this work with the banks intake horn
Yes! This will replace the throttle valve entirely and bolts right up to the Banks intake horn.
