  Can you add with stock emissions/ EGR or does truck have to be deleted and do you have to get any extra intake parts, also can it be used on deleted truck with stock intake?

  You can use with stock emissions, or you can use it with a deleted truck with stock intake - it will bolt to the bottom of the intake between it and the throttle valve.

  Is this product compatible with the banks monster ram intake?

  Yes, you would install it between the intake and the throttle valve, it will require that you run a ground wire to it - you would need to reroute the ground wire going to the heater coil in the Banks intake to this heater.
