The 8525-10 Heavy Duty Steering Kit by Synergy MFG is one of the best steering upgrades you can do to your 2003-2013 Dodge Ram. This kit updates your truck to a modern T-style steering geometry, effectively eliminating the "dead zone" and unwanted toe changes common in factory setups. Engineered to handle the massive weight of a Cummins powerplant and oversized tires, this system provides 2" of additional ground clearance and is rated 200% stronger than stock. - Drag Link is bent to clear factory axle brackets and is compatible from stock to 4" lifted vehicles. (Vehicles over 6" of lift will require a drop pitman arm for compatibility)
- Drag Link is made from 1-1/2" x.250 Wall DOM.
- The Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of the drag link length without removing it from the vehicle.

- The tie rod is bent to clear the sway bar mounts.

- The Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve allows adjustment of the tie rod length without removing it from the vehicle.

- Synergy MFG cannot guarantee fitment with aftermarket differential covers.
- For 03-08 trucks using the stock pitman arm, switching to the Mopar pitman arm for 08.5+ trucks is recommended if not already equipped. Mopar P/N: 68039930AA.
- Warning: 2013 Dodge Ram 3500s were split-year models. The early model trucks use the T-style steering (drag link is attached to the Tie Rod), Synergy Part # 8525-11. Late-model trucks use crossover steering (the Drag link is attached to the knuckle). Synergy Part # 8725-01. Please check what style you have before ordering.

So my experience with Dirty Diesel ordering all the way down to the install of the Synergy heavy duty steering kit for my 09’ 3500 Mega cab was very positive! Very quick shipping, 3 provinces over, I’m currently waiting on new EMF ball joints coming as well, these guys are knowledgeable, I had a couple installation questions that were answered promptly over the phone. I did the install right in my driveway, followed the instructions to the “T” and it was an easy process, I’m currently running XRF ball joints, they’ve been on my truck for about 60,000 miles and the top passenger joint is starting to show a bit of wear. I’ve rebuilt the front end of my truck once, upper and lower ball joints, u-joints on the front axles and wheel bearings. I’ve put a new steering gear box in also, “junk”, typical sloppy tolerance, so probably going to be a redhead box next, so my plan is to keep the truck as long as I can so this time around I figured no messing around with sub-par replacements! That’s why I called these guys and pulled the trigger. After replacing my stock “T” style steering with the Synergy parts, I am very impressed how it has tightened up the feel and feedback, absolutely love how you can adjust the drag link and tie rod for tow while on the truck, very painless! Can’t wait to install the EMF ball joints, after watching numerous videos and reading all the reviews, I’m sure it’ll be icing on the cake.👍 Hats off to the boys at Dirty Diesel!!

Installed a whole new front end on my 2012 Cummins, these were piece to the puzzle. Fit nice and instructions were easy to follow. Have held up nicely so far.

Rods ends lasted two months completely let go. Definitely not heavy duty tie rod components.

Their rod ends are junk. Spring loaded. Replaced a few of them in less than 5000kms and I ordered up a set of EMF ends to replace their junk. Now the truck drives better than anything I've ever driven.

Paige and spencer were excellent haven't had work done by them yet but if the experience is the same as the one i had ordering parts from them i would not hesitate very pleasant on phone and willing to work you through all of your needs Im not much for writing reviews 2nd only lol but in this case i feel its warranted!😉

Install was straightforward, spent a lot of time studying the instructions to make sure I got it all right. Seems rugged and tightened up the floppy and notchy steering on a 10 year old truck.
