4000 RPM governor spring kit for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 12V Cummins P7100 injection pumps. The most iconic single mod in the 12V Cummins world — pushes full fueling out to 4000 RPM, well past the factory 2300-2400 RPM rolloff that kills top-end power on a stock pump.

Drops into the P7100 pump with no machining or external work. Combined with upgraded turbo and injectors, this is the kit that turned the 12V Cummins from a stock-power truck into the bottom-end-monster diesel that defined the 2nd gen era.
