Notes:
- Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. The final right height will be the same as standard models.
- Dually Diesel Models Transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
- 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
- The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual-shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.

These shims are designed to improve rear driveline angle on trucks equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft to eliminate any potential driveline vibrations. This is not needed on trucks equipped with a 1-piece rear driveshaft.

IMPORTANT: Will ONLY fit trucks with a 4 bolt flange style rear driveshaft mount on the axle.
When lifting the 2011-2020 model Ford Super Duty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequate spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied complete the simple install.
