2017-2019 Powerstroke 8" 4-Link Coilover Lift Kit (BDS1541F)
BDS Suspension expands its lineup of suspension systems for the late model 2017-2019 Ford Super Duty 4wd trucks with new 8" 4-Link Coilover Conversion Systems designed to take your truck to the next level for improved performance, capability, comfort, and curb appeal. Paired with FOX's 2.5 factory series coilovers to enhance performance while allowing clearance for up to 40" tires.
Tire & Wheel Combinations:
- 38 x 15.50 w/ 20x10 and 5"
- 40 x 13.50 w/ 20x10 and 5"
Notes:
- Designed for diesel models only, the transfer case indexing ring will not fit gas models equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a carrier bearing drop kit may be required (BDS123402)
- 40x13.50 tires WILL require trimming.
- If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar add BDS123009
- The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual-shift transfer case models. Modification to the shift cable mount will be required.

Improve ride quality and capability with the FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks. Specially designed for BDS lift systems, these FOX 2.0 aluminum body shocks offer improved cooling capacity and corrosion protection. These shocks use race-proven vehicle-specific valving along with an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design to separate the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to eliminate aeration and maximize performance on/off-road.

IMPORTANT: Will ONLY fit trucks with a 4 bolt flange style rear driveshaft mount on the axle.
When lifting the 2011-2020 model Ford Super Duty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequate spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. While one option is to have a custom extended length driveshaft built, BDS Suspension is now offering a more affordable solution with their new high strength rear driveshaft spacer. Built from T6061 billet aluminum and CNC machined for a precision fit, this rear driveshaft spacer mounts between the driveshaft and rear axle providing the necessary driveshaft spline engagement. Longer hardware and thread locker are also supplied complete the simple install.
