2013-2018 Cummins 6" 4 Link BDS Lift Kit (BDS1603H)
Completely revamp your Cummins with the BDS Suspension 6" 4-Link Suspension System. The latest suspension system option to come from BDS is a complete conversion system for the new radius arm suspension on the Ram 3500. The design starts with 2 massive frame brackets that provide the mounting points for the new upper and lower control arms. These brackets locate off of the factory radius arm brackets, no factory bracket removal is required, this provides a more controlled steering feel in any terrain and better suspension geometry with reduced caster change through wheel travel.

- 37" x 13.50 w/ 17" x 9" and 5.625"
- 37" x 12.50" w/ 18" x 9" and 4.5
Notes:
- Kits come standard with a 6-Bolt indexing ring kit. If equipped with heavy-duty 8-bolt t-case order 122813 in place of 122623
- For rear leaf spring equipped models only.
- The carrier bearing drop (122405) is necessary for models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft.
- Minor amount of welding is required
- Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement
- Will not fit Cab and Chassis models
- Not for use with factory rear airbag suspensions

Fox 2.0 Series Shocks (2x)
Improve ride quality and capability with the FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks. Specially designed for BDS lift systems, these FOX 2.0 aluminum body shocks offer improved cooling capacity and corrosion protection. These shocks use race-proven vehicle-specific valving along with an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design to separate the shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen to eliminate aeration and maximize performance on/off-road.

NX2 Series Dual Shocks (4x)
The full hoop design works with the factory axle shock mount and locates the dual shocks to the backside of the coil spring, mimicking the factory shock location. The hoop itself is made from 1.75" x 0.188" wall DOM tubing with a reinforced mounting tab that locates off the factory upper shock mount. 2 additional mount points at the frame make for a strong design that looks great. There is a stainless steel "BDS" riveted to the shock hoop that matches the BDS dual stab kit and 4-link bracket nameplates.
Minor welding is required to add a support gusset to the factory axle shock mount and to add the provided steering stops if the tire/wheel combo installed gets too close to the shocks.

BDS is now offering an HD adjustable front track bar for the RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks. These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8 solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made on the 1-3/8-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinch bolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front-end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clear the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high-quality textured black powder coat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. They are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.
