2003-2007 Cummins 6" Coilover Lift Kit (BDS647F)
Completely revamp your Cummins front suspension into this 6" upgraded, up-rated Coilover lift system utilizing high-performance Fox 2.5 Coilovers and BDS long arm suspension systems to create the ultimate suspension system that will give you a 6" lift right out the box. Preset to achieve an amazing ride on and off-road, this kit has a mounting system that bolts directly to the factory coil mounts with only minor trimming/drilling required. This new system not only creates a sturdy mount at the frame but also includes weld in reinforcements at the axle - something other "bolt-on" mounting kits on the market does not address.

Notes:
- This truck is available with two different axle sizes, 3.5" or 4". Measure rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4" axle models with dual overloads will require u-bolt 406
- Will not fit dually applications.
- Although unusual, if driveline vibration occurs, order a transfer case drop kit available in options or t-case index kit. #122801 is included in 8" kits, substitute #122802 for manual transmission.
- Exhaust modification will be required for dual rear shock kit 122009 on 6.7L Diesel models.

IMPORTANT: Upgrading to our sway bar disconnect kit (122413) will change the installation process for this system. Installation changes are clearly outlined in our instructions.
Notes:
- Works with 3-8" of lift
- Not for use with any other sway bar relocation brackets. The sway bar needs to be mounted in stock location on the frame.
- Will not work with 03-08 BDS 8" kits that have the sway bar relocation brackets at the axle or any other kit that does not have the factory axle mount bracket intact
- Inverted 'T' steering found on 08.5+ trucks is high recommended for steering-to-sway bar link clearance on 03-08 trucks. Do not vary from shock length listings. Max extended length is 25-1/4" for 3" lift, 30" extended for 8" lift.

Recoil Traction Bar Mounting Kit - (4" Axle/SRW)
Bracket kits are vehicle specific. The frame brackets install by drilling mounting holes for the brackets while the axle brackets install using a set of u-bolts. The traction bars and mounting brackets use a durable gloss black powder coat finish.
