The 3.0L EcoDiesel is an amazing engine but can leave something to be desired in factory form. However, the little 3.0L can be turned into a powerhouse with the addition of Coopers Custom Solutions (CCS) tuning. CCS tuning wakes up your EcoDiesel by significantly improving your throttle response, fuel economy, and adding HP & Torque all while maintaining the OEM reliability and finish. 

Note: You will be required to ship us the ECM, we will cover the shipping back to you. If you are shipping this from the USA, please ensure that you send it as REPAIR to avoid being charged Duties & Brokerage at the border.

  • Delete Tuning: If you're looking to delete your EcoDiesel you're going to require a CAT & DPF Delete Pipe (FLO-876)and an EGR Block-Off Kit Dirty Kit). If you choose to add these to your shopping cart we'll ship you the EGR & DPF delete along with your tuned ECM so you have all the parts to get the job done. 
  • At this time, tuning your EcoDiesel requires the removal of the vehicles ECM, this is a relatively simple process that requires very little mechanical knowledge or tools. Once the ECM is removed you'll need to send it to us for a bench flash (this takes about 2-3 hours) and we'll ship the ECM back to you for reinstallation.

  • How can I go about clearing ECM codes before the removal?

    You would need to get your hands on a scan tool to be able to remove the codes, and start the process on deleting the emissions

  • I bought a used computer for my ecodedie diesel but it’s not programmed to my Jeep if I send it into you guys would it work for my jeep

    We would need the original ECM also to be able to preform that programing.

  • If theres codes related to the dpf that wont clear can the ecm still be remapped

    unfortunately not those codes need to be removed before the new tunes can be flashed onto it, all you would require is a scan tool to be able to remove the codes and remove the ecm and send to us for tuning!

  • Do I need to take off egr? Or can I just unplug it?

    In order to delete your truck, you will need to remove the DPF & install aftermarket delete tuning. You could also install an EGR Delete kit, however, when purchasing delete tunes, the new programming will automatically close the existing EGR valve to prevent any gasses from being recirculated. This means you don't need to fully delete your EGR in order to reap the benefits. However, with this option, you are relying on the OEM EGR valve to maintain a seal that can cause issues if it starts to leak.

    Yes we do, we are in the early stages of the kits for the Gen3 but we have jeep guy here that can help you out with it all

    No, the exhaust will need to be modified

    Yes the ECM would need to have no codes present to be able to preform the flash of the tune files for the emissions off.

  • Is there any update on this kit for the latest generation 3.0 EcoDiesel? I have a 22, now looking for a delete kit.

    there isnt a update on our website as of yet, but we are able to tune these trucks and have a staff member that has one done.
