Worst case, if you are unable to access the existing account, you will need to purchase a new Ez-Lynk with a fresh support package.

You must first purchase the necessary support package and provide your vehicle details to your tuning provider to access the SOTF tune.

You will need to make sure the EZ Lynk device is unlinked from the totaled truck and purchase a new support package tied to the new vehicle's VIN. Any tunes on the EZ Lynk will not work on your vehicle because they are VIN-locked.

As long as the previous owner handed over the vehicle to you, and you purchase the unlimited support from the tuning company thats already tuned the vehicle.
