Note: Calibrated Powers Aisin tuning is compatible with your existing or non-expired EZ-Lynk Support Pack from CCS. If you have an expired CCS limited support pack, you will need to upgrade to an Unlimited Support Pack and add this TCM tuning.

The High Output 6.7L Cummins is well known for its towing performance, however, it doesn't take long for anyone who owns one to find out that shift quality and timing are a huge downfall on this platform due to the Aisin Transmission. Many owners feel like their truck will fall flat onto its face between shift points due to prolonged time between shifting, un-warranted short shifting, and dramatic de-fueling, along with the underwhelming sense of power that the stock TCM conveys.

Thankfully, Calibrated Power now has a solution! This Custom TCM tuning decreases the time between shifts and improves the clutch holding capacity by electronically increasing line pressure. This will make a more durable, smoother shifting, and better-performing transmission. This tuning can also assist in keeping your 6.7L within the ideal RPM range, helping you to get the most potential power and additional efficiency.

Are there multiple TCM tunes like there are multiple ECM tunes when you do a purchase? I'm looking for a street tune for shifting and then a toe tune for when I'm pulling 1,900 lbs.

Unlike ECM tuning, TCM tuning uses a single, progressive file rather than multiple selectable power levels. This single tune automatically covers both your street driving and towing needs by increasing line pressure for heavy loads while optimizing shift points for daily driving.

These will only work with an existing CCS tunes package on your EZ Lynk.
Is the Aisin tuning you sell the same as that provided directly from Calibrated Power? Based on the shift point descriptions, it looks like there are three tuning options to chose from. Is that accurate?

The Aisin tuning we sell is the same tuning. There are indeed 3 tuning options available: Standard Shift Points - closest to stock, Raised Shift Points - a balance between stock and a little more aggressive tuning, suitable if you're got a higher HP tune, and High Shift Points.- the most aggressive, high shift points and lockup for maximum power efficiency.

I have ccs tuning with soft is there aisin tuning with efi live. I also have a ezlynk device that I got threw you guys for tuning some of the work trucks can I used that to tun the tcm

Your EZ-Lynk device can tune the AISIN TCM if CCS files are linked; EFI Live doesn’t support AISIN TCM tuning.
I have a 2024 6.7 cummins with upgrades, full delete, tuned ECM, 5 in exhaust, ram intake with new boost tubes but the trans shifts like shit and wont take the power. I have the race me ultra tuner and like it so can i use that to tune the trans or do i have to buy your tuner with the tune on it? If I can use yours to tune the Asain trans then continue using my race me ultra afterwords im ok with that too. Can you tell me exactly what I need so I can order please? Thanks

You'll need the EZ-Lynk Auto Agent with CCS TCM tuning to fix the AISIN shifting issues. The RaceMe Ultra won't handle the TCM tuning, but you can keep using it for your ECM tunes.
Can I use my Race me ultra tuner to tune the transmission?

No, the RaceMe Ultra cannot tune the Aisin transmission. It is for ECM tuning only. You will need an EZ Lynk Auto Agent for Aisin TCM tuning.
