    • I have the banks. I - that plugs into the O. B d port shoots, can I have an adapter to have both plugged in at the same time

      The Auto Agent only needs to be plugged into the OBD port when flashing a tune file. When you're done flashing the tune you should unplug the Auto Agent. This will let you use the Banks as normal.

    • Can I adjust power levels on my phone or do I have to have a sotf switch.

      You will need a switch.

    • Does it come with the license and everything?

      This is just the blank EZ Lynk device, you will need to purchase a tune package to fully utilize this.

    • I have a 2016 f350, it’s deleted and currently running a bully dog tuner. I find the transmission shifting terrible. Does this tuner have transmission tunes?

      The EZ Lynk is a blank device with no tunes on it. You need to purchase a tune package to go with the EZ Lynk device such as -> 2011-2019 Powerstroke AMDP Support Package.

    • does this need to be plugged in at all times?

      The EZ Lynk can be removed but is often left in place for monitoring live data and being able to change tunes or do the Switch On The Fly for multiple tunes.

    • Can the easy link 3.0 (and tunes) be used on a 2014 Ram 3500 6.7 with the emissions equipment and stock exhaust left in place or not recommended?

      EZ Lynk can supply emissions on tuning if you request it!

    • does the ez link 3.0 do 22 ford f250 6.7

      Yes!

    • Looking to delete a 2020 ram 2500 6.7 diesel. Not totally familiar deleting this new of a truck. Was thinking of going with ez-link and ccs tune. Would that be all I need or is there more to be done with ecm?

      EZ-Lynk and CCS tunes are the recommended way to tune your 2020 Cummins. You will not need to do more with your ECM.

    • Is there a ezlynk with CCS tuning for 2011 ram 3500?

      No, just with GDP, Proven Diesel, Motor Ops, or AMDP.

    • can i use this on a 2008 lmm duramax to tune or no

      I would look at this option for your 2008 LMM -> 2001-2010 Duramax - EFI Liv Autocal + CCS Tunes.

    • Is there an ez lynk 3.0 that works with 2012 dodge ram and 2012 gmc lml.

      With the device you can tune multiple trucks, you just need a support package for each truck you're tuning. 2012 Cummins AMDP Support Package, and 2012 Duramax CCS Support Package.

    • Will this work on an 03 5.9 cummins

      Unfortunately not, you'd be best to check out a Smarty Programmer, or an Edge device.

    • Can this re tune, my truck, 2022, 6.7 high output Dually with DPF delete pipe and EGR delete not looking for more power just a basic delete.

      If your truck's been tuned and deleted with an unlocked ECM you can definitely retune it with the EZ Lynk Auto Agent, you would just need to purchase a tune support pack as well as this.

    • Is the auto agent 3.0 compatible with the 2.8 Duramax in 2016 Canyons/colorados?

      No.

    • Can I move my tunes from auto agent 2 to auto agent 3?

      Yes!

    • Will you still need the unlock cable with the auto agent 3.0?

      Yes

    • So are 2 and 3 the exact same thing but one is smaller or has a bunch of features been removed to allow it to be smaller

      They are practically the same but the 3 is just a bit smaller, the usage on the app is all the same, same features.

    • Would it be possible to switch between tunes or between tunes and stock with this on a 21 superduty?

      Yes, the EZ-Lynk enables tune switching or reverting to stock on a 2021 Super Duty, either via SOTF (if available) or manual flashing through the app.

    • What is the difference between the EZ-Lynk 2.0 and EZ-Lynk 3.0?

      The device has a smaller design and now plugs directly into your OBDII port, so you no longer have to tie your EZ-Lynk up underneath your dash. This makes for a much cleaner installation.

      A big question many customers are asking is if the 3.0 will feature newly added vehicles. At this time (2022-09-16) there are no new vehicles added, however, EZ-Lynk is working on it and will make announcements in the future as they become available.

    Ordered AMDP ezlynk tuning w trans tunes, 5” down pipe back no muffler, egr delete, ccv delete. Everything showed up quickly, packaged well, and labelled nicely. Ezlynk is the way to go, super easy to install, very nice to have code read/delete, gauges on app. New tunes/updates regularly. Great product.

    Tune was quick and easy. Kyle answered all of my questions. The tune erased a check engine light and the performance gain was huge. My truck drives like a different animal better pedal feel, quicker shifts, acceleration, and my mpg is outrageous. I can baby it on the highway and get 29mpg at 55mph. Around town I am getting about 20-21. Thanks again you guys rock!

    Absolutely worth it. The EZ-Lynk was super easy to set up and made a huge difference in how my 2016 Cummins drives.     Super easy to use. Just download the app on your phone, plug the EZ-Link into the OBD port, connect to your phone via wifi and your good to go. Selecting and uploading tunes is really easy, it walks you through all the steps and you have the option of monitoring live data on whatever device you have connected.
