Note: This requires custom tuning. This kit requires modification of the factory up-pipe or the use of DUR-EXH-A020 to make a complete kit. Please be sure to select the up-pipe add-on to complete your kit.

This custom-fabricated kit replaces the entire cold-side intercooler pipe/throttle plate with a one-piece fabricated pipe for a cleaner, stronger setup. It includes a precision-cut flange and a pre-bent locating tab to position the pipe correctly and help ensure it stays put once installed.
The pipe includes one 1/8" NPT port for boost, water meth, or nitrous, along with a TIG-welded fitting for the MAP sensor. A 3/4" coolant re-route hose is included to complete the job and keep everything routing clean and functional.

Some 2009 Duramax pickups require lengthening the MAP sensor wires.
For trucks with factory-relocated MAP sensors (i.e. tube-mounted), this kit may require a new gasket or MAP sensor to work with the factory-style o-ring sealed bung.

Looks good, instructions are absolutely terrible, there should be a video with step by step instructions not a failed attempt at Lego instructions. I expected more for how much was spent and the wait time too, and the 2 holes on the outside of the pipe? No refrence in the instructions or parts/hardware in the bags included, happy with how it looks extremely upset with how little information is given within the instructions.
Nice fit and looks killer !! but have had this pipe on for only 4 months and have had it blow out my y bridge. Took the thermostat screw that was helping brace it and stripped it right out the housing. It Needs another way of bracing the pipe , since the thermostat screw is only one that helps hold it in place and from it blowing out the y bridge ! Now I’ve ordered the hsp intercooler bundle (082-HSP)and forward facing thermostat housing kit (041-HSP-CB) to fix all this…

Was a pretty simple process and fit well and a noticeable more throttle response with a bit of a deeper tone on my truck. Only thing is that I think the pipe should have more than one bracket to hold it in place. I had the one bolt walk its way out with all the backroading I do. I feel like at least one more bolt holding the pipe in place somewhere would help a lot with keeping the pipe in place so you don’t pop the stock Y-bridge out
Really Great fitment and build quality. Install is straight forward. EGR cooler bolts to up pipe were the most un cooperative part of my install .
Delete pipe fit nice and looks to be well built .not much to compare to but did seem a bit over priced possibly . shipping was a lot longer than expected for where I live
Good quality parts, nice fit and finish, would be nice if up pipe gaskets were included and also heater hose was 3/4” that was included in kit but needed 5/8 to run from heater core coupler to thermostat housing not a big deal but just a heads up for the next purchaser

everything fit well. instead of using the supplied studs and nuts for the thermostat housing I modified the factory bracket so I wouldn't lose the bracket that supports the oil fill tube and fan shroud support

The coolant line that came in the kit is won’t work for the lmm as it need to be a u coolant hose I’ll have to send you a picture
Dirty Diesel is the best!
The rubber boot had a hard time fitting properly as well as the figment bolting to the engine got it installed thought and the throttle was a bit more responsive. And lol was a bit disappointed to not find any stickers in my package.

Easy install, be patient with attaching mounting bracket to old resonator bracket… very finicky but once lined up everything sucked down and fit well.
