9012 XB 5K HID Bulbs (MM.N.046)

The morimoto lights are unbelievably better than the expensive led lights the previous owner had installed. I will definately be looking to order some more of thier product despite the difficulties I had. Please read to the end of you are going keep reading This will be a long read, but it will accurately describe my experience. First off, I ordered these lights for a 2015 2500hd gmc denali. It took probably 2 days to figure out what I needed to even order. I went to the morimoto website and it helped me pick out what I needed. Then I went to the dirty diesel website and searched out all of the part numbers., and placed the order. The next day I get an email from dirty diesel saying they were a month away. I was pretty choked, I would not have ordered from them if I didn't know they weren't in stock, but they had my money, what choices did I really have? (good chance wherever else I would go I would get the same delivery date). 3 weeks later I get an email saying the parts should arrive the next week. Fast forwardfew more weeks and I still don't have the parts. I sent a few emails and there was apologies with the reason being the shipment had not shown up yet. Eventually the parts came (ordered April 13, showed up June 3), and when I went through the package they had shorted me an ignitor. So I phoned them, end of day on a Friday and it took the very nice lady on the other end some time to figure out what went wrong and it turns out that even these parts are confusing to the shippers. She got the part I needed in her hands, put it on her desk so that it could go out first thing Monday morning, and I had it in my hands on Tuesday. Moral of that story is if you need something right away, give the nice folks a call before placing the order. Every time I have called I have been really happy with the staff, it's thier sales portal that does not show a true representation of what they have in stock that I have issues with. Fast forward to the install, one of the ignitor clips broke off immediately so I had to use zip ties to Band-Aid that, then after I finally got everything installed the lights would give a quick flash and then not come on again, turns out that the signal wires that pass through the rubber grommet (and come with the hid bulb) is defective and I was not getting a signal, so I bypassed that short length of cable. Other issue I had is that there just isn't enough wire to locate both the ignitor and the ballast with the connections pointing down, an extra 6" would have made huge differences in where I was able to mount these 2 pieces.
