Yes, Level 1 acts as a +0 HP setting, which effectively returns your 2024 High Output back to its factory power level baseline.

Is an EGR kit required or can I leave it in place?
You can either physically remove it and install our EGR Delete Kit (highly recommended to avoid seal degredation over time!) or simply unplug the EGR after flashing.
