2022-2024 Cummins AMDP EZ-Lynk Support Pack Power Upgrade

Note: this is an upgrade product. It is for 2022-2024 Cummins trucks that were previously tuned with AMDP EZ-Lynk 0 HP tuning, or that are running AMDP tuning on HP Tuners, and are moving up to the EZ-Lynk custom tuning power added support pack. If your truck has never been tuned, order the 2022-2024 Cummins AMDP EZ-Lynk Support Pack instead.

Very important: if you installed the map sensor change required to run the EZ-Lynk 0 HP tuning, you must reinstall your factory sensor for the power added tuning to operate correctly.

Unlock the full potential of your 2022-2024 Ram 6.7L Cummins with AMDP's EZ-Lynk custom tuning. Developed in-house by AMDP, this package is built for the latest generation Cummins engines and delivers reliable power gains, sharper throttle response, smoother drivability and optimized performance across a wide range of applications, whether you are towing, daily driving or chasing a number on the street or the track.

Power Levels - 0 to 150 HP over stock:

• Level 1 - approx. 30 HP
• Level 2 - approx. 60 HP
• Level 3 - approx. 90 HP
• Level 4 - approx. 120 HP
• Level 5 - approx. 150 HP

• Custom calibrations developed in-house by AMDP and flashed over the air through the EZ-Lynk Auto Agent, straight through the OBD-II port
• Five power levels from roughly 30 to 150 HP over stock
• Shift On The Fly between power levels through the CCV switch (switch sold separately)
• Optional transmission tuning for 68RFE or Aisin equipped trucks: enhanced shift points, firmer shifts and reduced torque management for smoother power delivery and improved durability
• Supports custom modifications including turbos, built transmissions and fuel system upgrades
• Choice of 4-Week (Limited) or Lifetime (Full) support package
• Mobile access to AMDP's custom tuning and tune updates through the Auto Agent app

• This product provides tune files and AMDP support only. An EZ-Lynk Auto Agent 3.0 is required and is not included.
• An SGW bypass cable is required, the standard cable used on all 2018+ Ram trucks.
• If you are currently running the EZ-Lynk 0 HP tuning with the map sensor change installed, reinstall your factory map sensor before flashing power added tuning.
• The CCV switch used for Shift On The Fly is sold separately.
• A battery charger or maintainer (12+ amps recommended) is required during flashing to prevent a voltage drop from interrupting the process.
• Your previous order number is required and is collected at checkout so AMDP can verify your existing tuning.
• AMDP does not support lope tunes or smoke tunes.

• Who is this upgrade for? Trucks already tuned by AMDP, either on EZ-Lynk 0 HP tuning or on AMDP tuning through HP Tuners. If the truck is stock, you need the full support pack, not this upgrade.
• Do I need to change anything on the truck? Only the map sensor. If you fitted the alternate sensor for the 0 HP tuning, put the factory sensor back in before flashing.
• Standard and HO trucks? Yes, this covers all standard-output and high-output 6.7L Cummins trucks.
• Which bypass cable? The EZ-Lynk 3.0 OBDII patch cable (100EE00C23), the standard cable used on all 2018+ Ram trucks.

• AMDP custom tuning support pack (this product - choose Limited or Full support)
• EZ-Lynk Auto Agent 3.0
• SGW bypass cable (the standard one for all 2018+ Ram trucks)

2022-2024 Cummins EZ-Lynk flashing instructions:

1. Purchase and prepare. Order your AMDP custom tuning support pack and make sure you have every required item listed above.
2. Install the security bypass cable. Attach the security bypass portion as directed. This bypasses the factory security gateway module for reliable flashing.
3. Connect the EZ-Lynk Auto Agent. Plug the Auto Agent 3.0 into the OBD-II port.
4. Connect a battery maintainer. Attach a battery charger or maintainer to the truck (12+ amps recommended) to prevent any voltage drop during the process, which could interrupt flashing.
5. Flash your custom tune. Once the data transfer is complete you are ready to flash your desired AMDP custom tune.

What to expect during the flash:

• The flash will sit at 1% for about 30 seconds before it moves. Once it starts moving the flash takes roughly 2 minutes.
• If it stalls at 1% and does not continue, start the flash again. It completes normally on the second attempt.
