2020-2026 Super Duty 6.2L/6.8L/7.3L Gas Transmission Coolant Thermal Bypass Valve (319080000)

On 2020-2026 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.2L, 6.8L, or 7.3L gas V8, the factory oil-to-water transmission cooler is fed through a solenoid valve that shuts off coolant flow as soon as the ignition is switched on. It stays closed until transmission fluid reaches roughly 210°F, and even wide open its small passage restricts flow and limits the cooler. The PPE Full-Flow Transmission Coolant Valve removes that restriction and feeds the cooler at all times, lowering transmission temperatures while towing, hauling, off-roading, or cruising the highway. It is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized, and installs in about 15 minutes.
