2020-2026 Powerstroke 10R140 Transmission Coolant Thermal Bypass Valve (319080100)

The Ford 6.7L Power Stroke oil-to-water transmission cooler is fed through a solenoid valve that shuts off coolant flow the moment the ignition is switched on, and it stays closed until transmission fluid temperature reaches roughly 210°F. Even wide open, the factory passage is restrictive. The PPE Full-Flow Transmission Coolant Valve removes that restriction and feeds the cooler at all times, lowering transmission temperatures while towing, hauling, off-roading, or cruising the highway. It is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized, and installs in about 15 minutes.
