The Dirty Diesel EGR Block Off Kit is the efficient way to remove the factory exhaust pipe connecting the manifold to the EGR cooler on your 2020+ Ford Superduty. This kit is designed to clean up the engine bay of your truck while preventing hot, soot-heavy exhaust gases from entering the intake system.

Our EGR Cooler Inlet Block Off Plate is CNC machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable red anodizing to protect against scratches and fluid spills while adding a custom look. The exhaust manifold side features a heavy-duty T304 stainless steel plate to prevent warping and rust under extreme heat. This plate is pre-tapped to accept any aftermarket 1/8" NPT EGT probe and includes a custom adapter for the OEM sensor.
