I have a 4384696 ECM but the link is dead for the "2022 Cummins ECM Swap/Unlock" service. I assume this is still offered and both ECMs will need to be sent in, correct?
This service is no longer required, instead you can now perform the unlock at the truck with CCS Tunes and EZ Lynk, and both the donor and factory ECMs.

If I purchase this ecm, is it programmed? I bought the delete kit from you guys to delete my 24 Cummins. In other words, can I just load my current ecm onto this one and it’s done? Or do I need to get a stock file from you once I have this ecm in hand?
You will need to perform a swap procedure between the factory ECM and the donor ECM. You can't just install this and flash the truck. Check out this Video we made that highlights the process and the parts you'll need -> HERE.

It can be used but the part number MUST BE 4384696.

Will a 19 C&C ecm work in a 22 2500 crew

Will this ecm (and unlock/tunes/etc) also work on a cab and chassis truck? If so will it retain PTO and associated functionality?
This will still work on cab and chassis trucks, but you will lose PTO functionality when using the 2019-2021 ECM due to specific calibration differences required for PTO systems.

I fried my ecm on my 2019 ram 6.7 is this ecm available for purchase and able to get tuned by ccs ? Or is it locked
Yes these are available for purchase, but you will need to take it to a Dodge dealership to have them flash the stock files onto it, as those are needed to be able to create the tune files for the truck.
