Will it fit on a 2020? And if so what tuner should be used?

These will fit on a 2020. We use this EFI Live Tuner for the ones that come through the shop.
In the muffler directional or can it go on either way. Notice a lot of drone on the highway at higher RPM

Yes, the muffler is directional.
Just checking as an update, you won't ship exhausts to Michigan? I want to get your tune/tuner but I'd need the pipe too.

We cannot ship exhausts to the US due to EPA restrictions.
Does the exhaust match the exact shape of the oem pipe? The tail pipe looks to be at more of a bend.
