You do sell the ecm tunes? Would I ship the original ecm of the truck to you to have reflashed to delete EGR and scr system? If so what’s the turn around time (would be shipped from Ontario)

We also offer EZ Lynk tunes and tuning device, so you won't need to send in your ECM -> 2014-2019 Ecodiesel CCS Tuned EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3.0. Tunes take 24 hours to be written and it would be about 5 days to ship the Auto Agent to Ontario.
Do you sell a tune just for the egr delete?

You can find the tuning option HERE.
In the Q&A you indicate that it's necessary to mod additional exhaust parts and reprogram the ecm to "make the kit work". But the installation instructions suggest that you can drive off into the sunset as soon as you're finished installing the kit. This contradiction is confusing. After installing the kit, do you have to carry out the other procedures before the vehicle can be operated? Could it damage anything to drive the vehicle before reprogramming the ecm? Do you offer a separate kit to modify the exhaust system as required?

So how it works when deleting the emissions from the vehicle - the ECM needs to have emissions off tuning flashed onto it and the CAT and DPF need to be fully removed, otherwise they will clog up twice as fast when the tuning has shut them off. When it comes to this kit you would use it when you fully remove the EGR cooler, but you don't need to if you leave the EGR in place and set all the valves to stay open. This kit helps with better overall flow for when the EGR is removed.
If I was to delete my ecodiesel using this egr delete is it mandatory to get it tuned or is truck still drivable without the tune, engine light wouldnt bother me juat dont wanna spend big money and have a down truck waiting for ecm

Yes you will need to tune the truck with an emission off file.
Will this work on 3rd Gen Ecodiesels?

No, this does not work on 2020+, otherwise known as 3rd gen, ecodiesels.
Is it necessary to delete DPF as well. Just thinking about cost Do you ship outside Canada

Yes you will need to delete the dpf and cat from the exhaust and will need emissions off tuning to be able to make it all work, we are able to ship out of country except to the USA when it comes to exhaust and EGR products.
Will this throw a engine light after being installed

Yes it will. You will want to either install a tune or use an obd scanner to get rid of the codes.
What about the programming in the computer that tells it to regenerate? Doesn't that need to be reprogrammed? I don't see anything about deleting and reprogramming the computer in this description.

In order to make this kit work you would need to eliminate the DPF and CAT from the exhaust and get the tuning flashed onto the ecm to set everything to emissions off.
You mention needing tuning. What is that and where can I get it done?

To be able to make the EGR kit work you need to eliminate the DPF/CAT from the exhaust and have your ECM flashed with emissions-off tunes to make it all work and we do that here.
Is this all I need to delete my EGR valve? Is there anything else I need to do? My truck is a 2018 Ram ecodiesel 3 liter.

You will need custom delete tuning as well to account for the EGR delete.

I have a 2015 ram 3L eco diesel which I’ve already had deleted, dpf, scr, ect removed the kit I ordered was from a company called HD diesel which doesn’t seem to be around anymore, I’m looking to delete my EGR now but am worried if I do so if it’ll throw codes… Do I have to order a whole new tuner or should I be good to order your EGR delete kit and be on the road again Thanks

Typically you can install the EGR kit and you shouldn't run into any issues, as long as the tuning is set up for it. We can't speak for what tunes where put into the truck that they will work or not sadly, but the tunes we offer are set up for the removal of the EGR.

WIthout delete tuning to account for an EGR delete you will throw codes if you install this. We do ship to New Zealand!
Do I need a flash of your ECU to do an EGR delete? Does it still require the def fluid with this delete? or can I delete that as well? When do you need a ECU Flash do you have a full kit that has everything?

Yes, to install this you will need a tune that accounts for it. This is just a kit for the EGR delete after flashing your ECU to remove the emissions. This won't delete the DEF fluid and DPF but you will need a proper tune package like THIS in order to safely remove everything.

You don't need a reflash, the tunes program the EGR off - so adding the delete kit won't affect anything for you.
I have a 3.0 in my 2021 jeep. Will this kit fit or do you have a kit for that model

Hello Liking to purchase eco diesel egr delete kit What do I need to do / how to tune after install Or can it be run without tuning?

You will need to purchase custom tunes if you plan on deleting the EGR with this kit, or else the truck will still try and operate the EGR and you'll throw CEL (or worse). You'd be looking at something like the HPTuners MPVI3 w/ CCS Tunes, you can request and EGR delete tune and install this delete kit, OR just install the EGR delete tune and the EGR will stay closed.
What fault code pops up when egr block off and leaving everything plugged in, and stock tune?

P0401, P0402, P0405/P0406 could all pop up.
