Does the kit come with boots and clamps? Also does it come with boost tubes. I didnt have the option to order boost tubes and clamps also for this product.

It will not come with boots and clamps, however this product here will come with boots, clamps, and boost tubes -> 2013-2018 Cummins Intercooler Upgrade w/ Boost Tubes.
What size pipes do I need for this

The intercooler featues 3" inlet/outlet ports, compatible with stock piping (3") but upgrading to 3.5" piping will enhance airflow and performance even more!
