what all is inclueded in this kit? and will I need to retune my truck even though it is already tuned?
You will get the piping and intake, your choice of turbo from the options, the manifold, air filter, lines and hardware, everything you see in the picture there. Tuning is absolutely needed after installing this. Your truck's computer needs to be told that the factory VGT has been replaced by a fixed-geometry S400 to prevent immediate error codes and limp mode.
