The bracket for the pitman idler arm wont fit without modification because of the brake line. So i didnt install it. If you want to install it by yourself as i did be sure to have the right tool. Like a lowprofile pitman arm puller, only thing i couldn’t install in the kit.
Decided to bolt the idler support instead of weld
The parts seen to be built with great quality. Definitely seem way tougher then the stock stuff. It’s a pretty straight forward install but it would be nice i the directions were in colour. Overall pretty stoked.
Well let me tell you about my experience, I blew up the front end of my truck. Started getting quotes from everywhere I could. Not only where most places more expensive, they had to order in the parts I was after. Came across Dirty diesel on FB. On a whim called for a quote. They came in cheaper then everyone else and had the parts in stock. I was a little worried that I live in calgary and the parts had to come from BC. How long it would take. Called at 3:30pm talked to a super helpful guy. Said 1-2 days. I hung up went online and ordered the parts got confirmation at 4:00pm. I was later treated with emails touching base that they have received payment and would be shipped right away. I emailed the next day because the tracking number provided did not work. My email was answered right away but to my surprise my wife’s texted me and told me the parts where at my house at 11:30 am next day. Had my mechanic go pick them up and everything was there. Amazing. Super happy with the service and now my truck feels like new again. Now testing it out.

This kit is a world of difference. The front end is super tight and the steering is way better.

Tightened up the steering completely with my 14 wides and 15.50 tires.
Just installed and these are the gold standard for steering upgrades. Feels nice and tight and you have confidence that they will be super solid for a whiles to come. You could save a little and rebuild the stock setup if you're on a tight budget but if you can stretch to the extra cost you won't be disappointed.
If you want super tight steering this is a good way to go!
