2011-2016 Powerstroke Fuel Leak Prevention Kit (6.7F11-LPK)

The S&S Diesel Motorsport Fuel Leak Prevention Kit replaces the crack prone plastic engine mounted fuel filter housing on your 6.7L Power Stroke with a precision machined billet aluminum housing. Ford's filtration is not the problem, the plastic's durability is, so S&S fixed the housing without compromising the filter. Rather than reuse the factory filter cup, the kit uses a two post mount that accepts a larger Donaldson spin on filter, holding the factory 4 micron absolute rating at 99% efficiency while nearly doubling dirt holding capacity. The brittle plastic injector return fitting is the other common leak point on these trucks, so an aluminum Fuel Leak Prevention Fitting comes standard with every kit.
