TuneZilla stock calibration for the 2010-2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3.0L CDI BlueTec. It keeps factory power, includes the TuneZilla emissions-off calibration (DPF, AdBlue, EGR and swirl flap), and carries any add-ons you choose below, flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro. TuneZilla does not remove factory readiness monitors or force readiness for factory-installed components. Clear the DPF/SCR countdown before flashing; the message can stay on screen after the component is turned off.

If the vehicle shows 0 starts or an IDLE message on the instrument cluster, it must be reset and the engine must start before tuning.

• Flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro and a Windows 10 or 11 laptop running the TuneZilla Portal App.
• Connect the FlashZilla Pro with a USB-A to USB-C cable. USB-C to USB-C cables are not compatible.
• Your tune is linked to your VIN and syncs to the TuneZilla Portal App, usually right away. Read and save your factory ECU file before flashing.
• Clear all fault codes and warning messages before flashing.
• TuneZilla recommends a battery charger for every flash. Turn the ignition on with the engine off, follow the prompts and do not interrupt the flash.

SCR / AdBlue: clear the SCR countdown before flashing (the message can stay on screen after an emissions-off flash). If you run an aftermarket exhaust, clear all dash errors first. Unplug the SCR controller after flashing but before starting the vehicle (TuneZilla confirmed). It is under the driver's seat on Sprinters and in the trunk under the spare tire on most other models. Emissions-off tunes also require unplugging the EGR, swirl flap motor, DPF temperature and pressure sensors, and NOx sensors, or you may get rough, smoky cold starts.
