Ask a Question-
Fittings go an to oem transmission quick connect style for oem cooler?
No, the kit does not use the OEM-style quick-connect clips.
-
Do these lines run from transmission right to the cooler infront of the radiator?
Yes, the Fleece kit replaces the factory lines and runs directly from the transmission to the front-mounted auxiliary cooler (the one in front of the radiator).
-
How does removal of the engine mounted heat exchanger effect transmission temperatures? Is the exchanger a known failure point?
This is designed to bypass the factory heat exchanger entirely, as the factory heat exchanger is often referred to as a "transmission killer."
-
I need a transmission cooler line on my 2010 2500 6.7. I have a stock factory transmission set up! Will this work? Or do you have something that will?
Yes! If you've got a 68RFE in there you're good to go!
