Cold Climate Idle

Optional

Cold Climate Idle raises the idle RPM (between 1150-1200RPM) on engine start up to reach operating temperature (approx 70C/158F) quicker in cold climates. This feature works when vehicle is in Park and on initial engine start. If vehicle is moved out of Park, the feature will turn off.

Glow Plug Extension

Optional

Increases glow plug strength and duration if it's cold enough. Improves cold starting performance (reduced chance of startup smoke and reduced engine stumbling).

Hardcut Rev Limiter

Optional

This tune option is for people who want an aggressive Rev Limiter either in neutral or at the top of the rev range in Drive or Sport for DSG's and any gear for manuals while driving. It is mechanically hard on the vehicle and can be set to any custom RPM you prefer - We do not recommend exceeding 4600RPM - *We do not offer refunds for this tuning feature!*

High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade

Optional

Pick the calibration that matches your fuel pump upgrade. Only one can be used. Only required if you swap to a CP3 fuel pump . This requires datalogs from the end user for best results. We will not add this to other brand tunes. This add-on can be added to any Stage tune.

FlashZilla Pro

Every TuneZilla tune is flashed with the FlashZilla Pro and a Windows 10/11 laptop. Skip this if you already own one.

Truck Fitment

TuneZilla tune files for the 2009-2012 VW/Audi Touareg & Q7 3.0L TDI, flashed at home through the OBD port with the TuneZilla FlashZilla Pro. Pick your power level: Stock Emissions-Off, or Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3 - 2260 Turbo, Stage 3 - 2566 Turbo, Stage 3 - 2872 Turbo.

Emissions-Off is included free with every Stage tune (select it in the TuneZilla Portal when you flash). Stock Emissions-Off is the same price as the entry Stage tune; choose it if you want factory power.
