Core Charges
After you have made your purchase, please follow the steps listed below to receive your refundable Core charge. This process must be completed within 60 days of receiving your product(s). Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60 day timeframe will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit.

1) On the outside of the ORIGINAL box, please write "Core Return" and your Original Invoice Number/Order Number.

2) Ship your core with tracking to:

Unit 6 - 1060 Stevens Road, West Kelowna BC Canada V1Z1A3

3) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).

Note:

Dirty Diesel Customs does not cover return shipping costs for core items. You are responsible for all shipping expenses associated with returning their core.

If you have purchased a BD Diesel product, please follow their core-return program which can be found here.

If you have purchased a Fleece Performance product that has a core charge, please follow the Fleece Performance Core Return instructions found here.

If you have purchased a Randys Transmission product, we must receive the core no later than 30 Days after the product delivery date.

0-60 Days: Full Deposit if the core passes the inspection.

61-120 Days: 25% of your eligible core refund amount will be deducted.

To achieve optimal power for your 6.4L Powerstroke, consider the KC Fusion compound turbo setup! The high-pressure turbo quickly spools and transfers to the low-pressure turbo. The Low-pressure turbo then re-compresses the boost, increasing boost and horsepower.

Now perfected by KC Turbos, this turbo setup is recommended for those who want a big boost in performance, but still have the option of light towing.

These turbos come with a standard finish unless specifically requested. You can add a polished/custom color cover for an additional fee.
Stage 2 Requires 4" Inlet Air Filter Upgrade
EXHAUST BRAKES: KC Turbos gets asked a lot about exhaust brakes, and if they work with KC Turbos, these will retain the OEM feature if the vehicle's calibration allows and is set up for it. KC Turbos has found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close, which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aid in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended.

Unfortunately they are not kept in stock so, the wait time (5 to 8 weeks) is a little long... That being said, KC Fusion turbos are worth it, lower egts, more power, they look and sound much better than factory.
