Does this pan come with a seal and a drain plug?
It does not come with the seal or filter, it comes with the plugs and a seal install tool however.

Do i need a filter spacer?
No!

Does it come with a gasket or should I use RTV Ultra Grey?
As per Banks Power's technical support, this pan is engineered to work best with the factory (OEM) reusable gasket. You should not use RTV Ultra Grey unless your factory gasket is damaged or missing, as the 68RFE system is designed for a high-quality rubber-over-steel reusable gasket.
