The BD Diesel Iron Horn Turbo Kit in your 2007.5-2018 6.7L Dodge Cummins is an extremely viable and dependable non-VGT setup. The focus of the Iron Horn Turbo is increased power, spool, and reliability. The Iron Horn was brought to market to replace the notoriously problematic Cummins turbo with a BorgWarner S300 SX-E. The S300 is designed for pure performance with a high-flow housing, 360-degree thrust bearings, and FMW Forged Milled wheels that are lighter, stronger, and can handle more abuse.
The BD Diesel Iron Horn kit includes everything you need to install it into your Cummins. No additional piping kits are required for installation.

I have one of these installed by previous owner how do I know which wheel size it is?
There should be a part number stamped on the compressor housing or a tag attached to the turbo which will correspond to different wheel sizes. You can also remove the intake piping and measure the inducer (front) diameter of the compressor wheel using a caliper.

Do I need a custom tune for this setup ? Currently running bullydog.

Is this kit (S364SXE/80 0.91 AR) capable of maxing out the OEM MAP sensor w/ stock fueling?
Yes, this turbo kit can max out the OEM Map sensor; stock fueling is sufficient to reach MAP sensor limits with this.
