Core Deposit
After you have made your purchase, please follow the steps listed below to receive your refundable Core charge. This process must be completed within 60 days of receiving your product(s). Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60 day timeframe will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit.
1) Send an email to sales@dirtydieselcustoms.com or give us a quick call (778-754-7090) and let us know that you will be shipping us a Core, please include your Original Invoice/Order Number so we can link up your file.
2) On the outside of the ORIGINAL box, please write "Core Return" and your Original Invoice Number/Order Number.
3) Ship your core with tracking to:

4) Once we receive the Core here at the shop, it will be inspected to ensure that it is rebuildable. After the inspection is passed, your core charge will then be refunded (giving you more money for truck parts!).
Note:
- If you have purchased a BD Diesel product, please follow their core-return program which can be found here.
- If you have purchased a Fleece Performance product that has a core charge, please follow the Fleece Performance Core Return instructions found here.
- If you have purchased a Randys Transmission product, we must receive the core no later than 30 Days after the product delivery date.
- Failure to follow these steps may result in a delay/denial of your core refund.
- Failure to send us the core(s) within the 60-day timeframe will result in you only receiving a partial refund amount of the core deposit.
- 0-60 Days: Full Deposit if the core passes the inspection.
- 61-120 Days: 25% of your eligible core refund amount will be deducted.
- 121+ Days: 50% of your eligible core refund amount will be deducted.

- Valve body is flat-sanded to Randys tolerances.
- HD billet accumulators are installed which are proven to prevent bore wear and provides unsurpassed sealing qualities.
- The Sonnax accumulator plate cover with 3 additional bolts eliminates plate blowout.
- SSV is reamed out and Transgo switch valves are installed to correct wear and leaks.
- All valve body bores are vacuum-tested to ensure hydraulic integrity.
- An HD billet channel plate is installed onto the valve body and torqued to Randys specifications, preventing cross leaks that result in premature transmission failure.

Tuning
Tuning
To unlock the full potential of the Babymaker, transmission tuning is required. If you do not have tuning, this will, at minimum eliminate cross leaks.
Information your tuner will require to properly tune for the BabyMaker:
- Line Pressure set to 225PSI Above 30% Throttle Angle
- 100PSI Resting Pressure
- No Lockup Until 4th Gear
- Low/Reverse Sprag Holdout
- For 2019+ UnderDrive Pulse Test Must Be Turned Off

2007.5-2018 Cummins Babymaker 1000 Kit (BM1000KIT) I have EFI live TCM tuning already for my 68RFE, do I need revisions for my files? Or will my current files work. Thanks.
Your current tuning may work but a tuning revision is strongly recommended for best performance.
