Ask a Question-
Does this unit come with the plugins to delete the vent hoses
Yes, this includes the components necessary to handle the factory breather lines.
-
Does it need any maintenance or does it get clog up, and does it have any issues because of our cold winter season?
The valve cover is completely maintenance-free and eliminates filter clogging because it utilizes solid internal aluminum baffles instead of a factory fabric mesh element. However, in freezing winter conditions, the external dump hose can collect moisture and freeze solid into an ice plug, creating extreme crankcase pressure that can blow out engine gaskets if not properly shortened or notched.
-
No catch can needed ?
No, you do not need a catch can with this specific valve cover.
-
Does this remove the ccv filter ?
Yes!
-
Does this come with a gasket?
Gasket not included with the valve cover; reuse your existing OEM gasket if it's in good condition.
