Upgrade your Super Duty steering with a true bolt in kit that installs using basic hand tools and works with your factory wheels and tires. This 8625-00 kit pairs a CNC formed 1.75 inch 4130 chromoly tie rod with a USA made 1026 DOM drag link and retains your factory steering stabilizer, so you can run stock or add a Synergy stabilizer upgrade later.

• Tie rod formed from 1.75" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly, over 40 percent stronger than OEM
• Drag link built from USA made 1.5" x .250 wall 1026 DOM steel tubing
• Single plane tie rod ends eliminate drag link and tie rod flop and remove the on center dead spot
• Synergy metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks, nitrile boots, and retaining springs
• Double Adjuster Sleeve and forged pinch bolt design allow alignment in the vehicle and prevent jam nut loosening
• Two stage abrasion resistant powder coat finish for durability and corrosion resistance
• 100 percent bolt on and compatible with stock wheels, tires, and up to 4 inches of lift
• Retains the factory steering stabilizer or accepts a Synergy single or dual stabilizer upgrade

• Verify your front axle before ordering. 2005 to 2022 trucks use the Super Dana 60 (M256, 10 bolt differential cover) and 2023 and newer use the Dana Advantek M235 (14 bolt differential cover)
• Compatible from stock to 4 inches of lift with the factory pitman arm and track bar bracket. Over 4 inches of lift requires a drop pitman arm and track bar drop bracket
• Does not fit 1999 to 2004 Ford Super Duty; those trucks use a different steering kit
